Event Details

Dear Friends of Robert Wilson,
as Bob's 70th birthday is a big event for us and for you, we would like to invite those who might not be joining us on October 4th, Bob's actual birthday, for the opening of The Threepenny Opera at BAM to another very special celebration of the occasion.  Robert W. Wilson, the other Robert Wilson, a long time friend and supporter of Bob's work is hosting a reception celebrating Bob's birthday the day before on October 3rd at his apartment on 145 Central Park West at 74th Street. The evening starts at 8PM.
Please rsvp here:  www.robertwilsonbirthday.eventbrite.com.
Please know that we are limited with numbers and therefore please rsvp only if you are sure that you are coming.  It would be a pity if we cannot accomodate those who really want to celebrate with Bob and see him. We are very indebted to the generosity of our wonderful host, "uptown" Bob, our affectionate way of distinguishing from downtown Bob (who is turning 70). The apartment stunningly overlooks Central Park and he has been known to be one of the best hosts in town. He will have drinks of course and heavy finger food.

I look forward to seeing you on the 3rd.

Kind regards,
Jorn

P.S. "Uptown" Bob would appreciate not receiving any thank you notes after the party as well as presents.

This invitation is for you only and is non-transferable
